Yes, we work with all properties that are managed by companies. We do not work with privately owned properties where the owner puts it up for rent.
Apartments ask that you make three times your monthly rent. So, look at your monthly GROSS income (before taxes are taken out) and divide that by 3.
For example, if you are one person looking for a 1 bedroom and makes $2,500 a month – they would qualify for an apartment with rent up to $830.
We do not offer you specials as locators, however, we do find out what specials are offered at all of the apartments you tour.
